Minimum parcel weight required is 35 KG 

To track the sent parcel, a track ID number is given by the Parcelog company through which you can track it from your mobile sitting at home.

The delivery of the parcel depends on the destination, the farther the destination is, the more time it will take. If the parcel is Interstate, then it takes a six to seven working days and for state-wide  parcel delivery it takes a minimum of three to four days. The Parcelog company also provides the facility of quick delivery. But this facility is currently available in some selected cities.

Parcelog company does not provide parcel service for weapons like ammunition, money, weapons, illegal drugs, wild-life protection goods, guns and knives, swords etc. If any such items found during inspection, the parcel will be stopped.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel being sent and the size of the parcel and how far is the location of sending the parcel and it is also seen how valuable the items being sent in the parcel are, according to this the shipping cost is calculated.

Parcelog company also provides the option to schedule pickup for the parcel.

If the delivery is missed then there is no need to panic, Parcelog company provides the facility of re-delivery of missed delivery to the customer.
